Cheques are issued on the first working day of each month to all members who's CONFIRMED account balance is £20 or over (for example: if you have £20 PENDING on the 1st January MyShoppingRewards.com will send you a check for £20 on the 1st March).

If your account balance has not reached the payment threshold your cashback will automatically be rolled over to the next month.

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my money?

Unfortunately the 60 day pending period is essential to the running of a site like My Shopping Rewards. We work with over 800 UK shops and it can often take several months to receive payment. Ideally we would like to pay our members instantly, but this is just not possible and would leave us wide open to fraud. This waiting period is standard within all cashback sites.

Cheques are made payable to the named payee shown in your account details. Please ensure your details are up to date (including your full postal address).
