The status column reports a recent transaction as 'pending'. What does this mean?
Article
Pending means that the transaction has been recorded, but MyShoppingRewards.com has yet to receive payment from the shop. Shops typically take about two months to pay us, which allows enough time for them to deal with returns, refunds and fraudulent orders.
Each transaction is automatically confirmed after 60 days (although this can be extended for a small number of retailers). Confirmed transactions are then paid out to the user on the next payout date (subject to the minimum £20 threshold).
Unfortunately the 60 day pending period is essential to the running of a site like My Shopping Rewards. We work with over 800 UK shops and it can often take several months to receive payment. Ideally we would like to pay our members instantly, but this is just not possible and would leave us wide open to fraud. This waiting period is standard within all cashback sites.
