Why is a purchase I made not showing up in my account?

All purchases made through MyShoppingRewards.com are tracked by our shops who in turn report the sales back to us. Most purchases will normally show in your balance within 24 hours (although in some cases this may take up to 30 days). Please ensure you are logged into MyShoppingRewards.com before you make any purchases. If you go straight to a shop's site without first clicking through MyShoppingRewards.com the purchase will not be recorded. All members are also advised to run the
cashback checker
script to ensure no software is installed on your PC that may be blocking your cashback.
If a purchase has not shown in your account within
30 days
please open a new support ticket and we will contact the shop on your behalf.
